This is the last weekend of the Spring Homes of Enchantment Parade. May 6,7 & 8 from 11am-5pm, As a proud member of the CBC (Custom Builders Council) we will be holding a special evening viewing on Friday May 6, from 5-8pm with all other CBC members who have homes in the parade.

The first weekend of the Spring Parade was great. What an excellent turn out. We here at Marie Enterprises, Inc. want to Thank everyone who came out to see us. Don't worry if you did not get a chance to come out last weekend you still have a chance to see our Parade home. We will be open Fri 5-6, Sat 5-7 and Sun.5-8 from 11am to 5pm. Come and see us @ # 7 Tecolote in Paa-Ko!!!

We are only 14 days away from the first Spring Parade of Homes>>> April 29, 30 and May 1 from 11am-5pm, and May 6, 7 and 8 from 11am-5pm.

Make sure you come out and see us at # 7 Tecolote Ct. Paa-Ko.

You can also find us in the current issue of Su Casa magazine in the parade of homes section we are entry # 27. We look forward to see everyone in 14 days.

Repairing Bare Spots in your lawn

Dig up the area to a 6" depth, breaking up the clumps. (If the problem was caused by a spilled chemical such as gasoline or a herbicide, remove several inches of surface soil.)
Mix in topsoil to improve soil quality and help new sod or grass seed get off to a good start.
Rake and tamp to firm and level the surface to the surrounding lawn.
Apply the lawn product (whichever method you chose from the list above).
Water the area well.

Once you have made the repairs, follow these steps. While you may not be able to prevent bare spots completely, you can keep your lawn as healthy and green as possible.

Using a fine spray from a hose, keep the soil moist, but not drenched. Preventing the soil from drying out allows the roots from the grass seed to enter the soil.
Once the grass is established and growing well, fertilize it with a general lawn fertilizer and begin mowing the patch with the rest of the lawn.
Monitor the area closely during the first year.

As we spring forward we prepare for the Spring Homes of Enchantment Parade. This year the weekends are April 29, 30 & May1 from 11am-5pm and May 6,7 & 8 from 11am-5pm. A few simple solutions make a big impact, fast

KITCHEN UPDATES:

1. Lighting Sleek new fixtures give the kitchen a modern look.

2. Paint A Creamy beige paint for cabinets combines with white walls to open up the space. TIP: Before painting the cabinets, be sure to sand and apply primer.

3. Flooring Peel-and-stick 18-inch vinyl tiles, which mimic the look of real stone, are a cinch to install.

4. Window Treatment A bamboo Roman shade highlights the window and adds subtle texture to the room.

5. Fashion Plumbing A new faucet—featuring a pullout sprayer—that fits the sink.

6. Cabinet Hardware Chrome knobs replace the outdated cabinet pulls. For the drawers, the previous holes were filled with wood filler, and a new center hole was drilled for the knobs. On each cabinet door, one hole was filled and the knob was inserted into the other hole.
